Many White-cheeked Starling, Spodiopsar cineraceus, ("muku-dori") (about 24cm in body length). 2024.12.28 [2024.12.10] were perched on the TV antenna.

He doesn't seem to notice that he's being watched from above.

He (male) was sniffing the leaves of the tree. The green color of the bird was very similar to the leaves of the tree, making it a protective color.
